Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is 3:00 PM (local time) and check-out is 11:00 AM. A valid government photo ID is required for check-in.
Payments are collected in advance. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the day of your arrival at 3:00 PM. Failure to cancel by 3:00 PM 24 hours in advance will result in the charge of the first night, plus taxes. There is a $45 late check-out fee. Renewal is by 11:00 AM. There is a $10 fee if not paid by 11:00 AM.
Smoking is only allowed outside the building and in smoking rooms only. There is a $250 fine for smoking in a non-smoking room.
We only allow non-aggressive dog breeds. There is a $50 non-refundable fee for up to 2 dogs in a room. There is an additional cost of $5 per day, per room. If you are caught with a dog that you failed to register, you will be fined an additional $50 or asked to leave the building.
Lost or Stolen Items
The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items in the parking lot. Guests must always keep room doors locked. Guests and their visitors must follow and obey all local and federal laws. Anyone not adhering to the laws or the hotel policies will be asked to leave the property immediately and will forfeit any unused portion of your stay.
